The Strategic Plan to Reduce Mental Health DisparitiesThe Strategic Plan to Reduce Mental Health Disparities was developed between 2012 and 2015 by the California Pan-Ethnic Health Network (CPEHN) in collaboration with the leads of five Strategic Planning Workgroups (SPWs) and the California MHSA Multicultural Coalition (CMMC), collectively known as the California Reducing Disparities Project Partners. The CRDP is funded through the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA, or Proposition 63). The SPWs represent five populations: African Americans, Asians and Pacific Islanders (API), Latinos, Native Americans, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) communities.
