Walter Isaacs

Walter Lee Isaacs (December 24, 1940 ~ October 18, 2022) was a founder and the first secretary (1971) of the Black Student Caucus, later rebranded the Minority Student Caucus. He received his Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree in 1974 from Department of Health Administration (then Health Policy and Administration, then Health Policy and Management) in the UNC School of Public Health (now the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health).
