  Rolf Lynton served as chair of the Minority Relations Committee at the UNC School of Public Health during the early 1970s. Victor Schoenbach came across the minutes and memoranda from that committee, along with many related documents, in the UNC Wilson Library Special Collections when he was working on a chapter for Chandra Ford et al.'s APHA Press book. He arranged for materials to be digitized, and the target page for this link has several PDFs of the scans.
