Vic Schoenbach (https://go.unc.edu/vjs), who has been maintaining these pages, has (with the help of his two sons) downloaded the site and is recreating it on his personal website at www.epidemiolog.net/sjae/publib/. Please do let him know about any problems you encounter on the rebuilt site, since it is a complicated process!
You can still view the Sakai site, though Vic is no longer updating it. See the top of the page at https://go.unc.edu/SJAE for the links to both versions.
