  Posted February 6, 2025 by Caralee Adams: Before and after the U.S. presidential election, as part of a team of libraries and research organizations the Internet Archive works to preserve material from U.S. government websites during the transition of administrations. These "End of Term" (EOT) Web Archive projects have been completed for term transitions in 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020, with 2024 well underway. The EOT Archive preserves a record of the U.S. government as it changes over time for historical and research purposes.
• 2017 Henderson Lecture by Brewster Kahle
  Brewster Kahle, internet entrepreneur, universal access advocate, and founder of the Internet Archive, delivered the 2017 Lucile Kelling Henderson Lecture on Nov. 10, 2017, in Manning Hall. Hosted by the UNC School of Information and Library Science, Kahle explored the possibility of providing “Universal Access to All Knowledge."
