Three-week open-access course (PDFs; audio and video recordings with transcripts) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Prepared by Dr Anna Seale, Associate Professor and Deputy Director for the UK Public Health Rapid Support Team. Week one covers how COVID-19 emerged and was identified, and its impact on health. Week 2 looks at the public health measures that have been taken for COVID-19 worldwide. Week 3 covers research work that continues and will likely play an important role in managing COVID-19 long-term.

- Going Viral: Impact and Implications of the 1918 Flu Pandemic
Developed by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill University Libraries to coincide with the "Going Viral" interdisciplinary symposium (4-6 April 2018) hosted by UNC’s Gillings School of Global Public Health, UNC’s Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases, the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, and RTI International, this exhibit particularly highlights the impact of the 1918 influenza pandemic at UNC and throughout North Carolina.
